The Aarushi Case : an update
The CBI has got the sanction for conducting a Narco-analysis Test on Krishna, the compounder of Dr. Talwar, Aarushi’s father. A brain mapping test was conducted on Krishna on Wednesday. Krishna has relevant and important information about the death of the girl, who was heinously murdered in her Noida home, inside her bedroom, allegedly by her father. Along with her, the house help was also murdered. Arun Kumar, the Joint Director CBI who is at the Bangalore Bowring Hospital said they had the sanction for the Narco-Test. However, the Forensic Laboratory had initially refused to hold the test without the court order.
The lie detector tests on Krishna showed discrepancies. The Narco analysis test will enable truth serums to be inserted into the person who would become talkative and uninhibited. This is done by injecting Sodium Pentothal and other drugs are also used. The drugs however do not have any validity. Although this is a procedure which is still controversial, the investigating agencies often use them on suspects for taking the word out.
Krishna has to say he is being framed in order to save Dr Rajesh Talwar, the prime suspect in the murder. Krishna protested his innocence that he had not murdered the fourteen year old girl.
